At Home In Wallingford

Wallingford is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in the urban core of Seattle.  The neighborhood has an eclectic mix of old-school & trendy locally owned restaurants, cafes, shops & services nestled within a charming residential neighborhood.  At Wallingford Center, you are in the heart of the Wallingford business district and only a short walk from Green Lake, Gas Works Park & the Burke Gilman Trail.

Wallingford is centrally located within the city.  From Wallingford Center you can saunter over to Tangletown on foot.  This area is famous for Tangletown Elysian Brewery, Mighty-O Donuts, & Zoka Coffee Company.  The neighborhood is also a quick walk to both Fremont & the University District.  The trendy & burgeoning Stone Way District is just down the street and home to nationally acclaimed restaurants including The Whale Wins, Joule & Manolin.

Popular neighborhood events include the Annual Seafair Summer Fourth Festival at Gas Works Park & The Wallingford Farmers Market held on Wednesday evenings mid-May through September.  Wallingford is also home to the Seattle Tilth Harvest Fair.  These events make Wallingford a special place to live!
